The relationship between a director and designer is vital and can have a major impact on the success of a production. This network provides key opportunities for young directors and designers to meet, form creative partnerships and explore the director/designer relationship in greater depth.

The website also provides a resource which young directors can use to source young designers to collaborate with. Designers in return can use the site to find out about job opportunities or events available at the Young Vic and other theatres.
